Congregational reminder: If you remember the huge success of the Pentecost flowerpot collection last year, you may want to consider doing it again. If you are new to this, here’s what you do:

Put a small flowerpot or similar receptacle in a handy place – your worktop, beside the phone – and each week, put in £1. If at any time you need that money, it’s there, but if you manage to leave it you will have £52 to bring to church on Pentecost 2010. That money – and the Gift Aid it brings with it – can make a surprising difference to our budget.
